Experience
· 12-15 years of overall experience.
· Minimum 8+ years working with FICO platforms.
· Proven experience in implementing and managing:
o FICO Decision Modeler (DM)
o FICO Platform Orchestration (PLOR)
o FICO MLx
· Experience leading large lending technology programmes.
· Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams.
· Strong exposure to Retail Lending, SME Lending, Vehicle Finance, Mortgages or Credit Cards.
· Prior experience with Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs or Global Capability Centres preferred.
