Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Gen AI- AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, and Python. The candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI applications and AI agents integrated with enterprise systems.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 6–12 years of overall software development experience, with 3–7 years in AI/ML or Generative AI.

• Strong programming expertise in Python.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, Azure OpenAI, or open-source models.

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar GenAI frameworks.

• Strong understanding of Agentic AI, including AI agents, tool/function calling, reasoning, planning, memory, and multi-agent workflows.

• Experience developing RAG applications using embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and document Q&A.

• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, context management, structured outputs, and function calling.

• Experience integrating AI applications with REST APIs, external tools, databases, and enterprise services.

• Hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar Python API frameworks.

• Knowledge of ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.

• Understanding of LLM evaluation, hallucination detection, response quality, and performance optimization.

• Experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or Windsurf.

• Understanding of AI-assisted development/Vibe Coding and ability to review, optimize, validate, and secure AI-generated code.

• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
