Job description
Business Central Development: Design, develop, customize, and maintain tables, pages, codeunits, XMLports, reports, and custom processes based on business requirements.
Integration & Upgrades: Develop and support integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and third-party applications, including upgrades from older NAV versions to BC across On-Premise and SaaS environments.
Code Quality & Delivery: Complete assigned development tasks within timelines, follow coding standards and best practices, participate in peer code reviews, and create reusable components.
Customer & Team Collaboration: Understand requirements, contribute to technical solution design, explain technical architecture to customers, support demos and pre-sales activities, and collaborate with project teams.
Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Improvement: Mentor junior team members, share technical knowledge through workshops and training, provide regular status updates, and contribute to process and quality improvements.
