Job Description:

  - Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets; track progress, resource allocation, and schedule.
  - Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with proactive mitigation strategies.
  - Coordinate internal team members and external vendors to ensure project success.
  - Communicate status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
  - Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

Performance Requirements:

  - 100% of projects must have detailed project plans and effective variance control for costs and change requests.
  - 100% of milestones delivered on or before schedule (within acceptable variance).
  - >95% Say-Do Rate for every iteration/sprint.
  - >95% of identified risks mitigated or controlled effectively, with mitigation plans in place within 24 hours of any deviation.
  - Escalate high-impact risks within 24 hours.
  - Conduct weekly project status reviews with the business and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
