We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer who thinks beyond code, understands products, cares about user experience and takes ownership of engineering outcomes.
This is an opportunity for engineers who want to build great products today and evolve into Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) who solve real-world enterprise challenges through hands-on engineering.
What You’ll Do
* Engineer exceptional user experiences
Build intuitive, responsive and high-performance applications using React and Next.js, with strong attention to usability, accessibility and frontend performance.
* Design optimized backend systems
Develop secure, scalable and efficient APIs, services and integrations using Node.js, Express and modern frameworks such as Hono.
* Build products end to end
Participate throughout the product lifecycle, from architecture and prototyping to development, testing, deployment and continuous improvement.
* Work with modern data platforms
Design and optimize relational and NoSQL data models using PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB.
* Engineer for the cloud
Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure or GCP, using containers, Kubernetes and modern DevOps practices.
* Embrace AI-driven development
Leverage AI coding agents and AI-assisted engineering workflows to improve development speed, code quality, testing and delivery efficiency.
* Apply AIDLC principles
Work within an AI-driven development lifecycle, including AI-assisted requirements analysis, design, implementation, validation and documentation, while maintaining strong engineering governance.
* Own engineering quality
Write clean, maintainable and secure code, optimize application and API performance, and contribute to reliable production releases.
* Collaborate across disciplines
Work closely with product, design, cloud, DevOps and customer-facing teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
What We’re Looking For
Core Technical Competencies
* Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Next.js and Node.js.
* Practical backend development experience using Express.js, with familiarity or exposure to Hono.
* Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs, with sound knowledge of authentication, authorization, API security and performance optimization.
* Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL and/or MongoDB, including database design and query optimization.
* Familiarity with headless CMS platforms, preferably Strapi.
* Hands-on familiarity with AI coding assistants or agentic coding tools, with an understanding of their capabilities, limitations and appropriate validation practices.
Engineering Mindset
* Prior product development experience is mandatory, with demonstrable contributions to production-grade software products.
* Ability to balance excellent frontend user experiences with well-architected, optimized backend services.
* Familiarity with AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) methodologies and AI-assisted software delivery practices.
* Comfortable working with evolving requirements, solving complex problems and taking ownership rather than simply completing assigned tickets.
* Strong communication, analytical thinking and collaborative problem-solving skills.
