Job Title: AI & Python Backend Developer / Technical Team Lead

Reporting to: CEO
Requirement: Candidates must be based in Gurugram and available to attend the office regularly.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled, hardworking and responsible developer to build AI applications and Python backend systems for Dataviv AIOS. The role combines hands-on development, team coordination and direct technical support to our CEO. You should be comfortable taking ownership of projects, solving problems independently and delivering work on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python backend applications using Django, Django REST Framework and FastAPI.
- Build and integrate solutions using generative AI, large language models, computer vision, machine learning and deep learning.
- Work with YOLO, OpenCV, NumPy, Pandas and Ollama for model inference, image processing and data workflows.
- Develop APIs that connect AI models with databases, business applications and existing client systems.
- Package and deploy applications using Docker, with attention to reliability, security and performance.
- Support local LLM deployment, model evaluation and troubleshooting.
- Manage development tasks, guide team members, review code and track project deadlines.
- Work directly with the CEO to turn ideas and business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Provide clear progress reports, flag delays early and take responsibility for resolving issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and support deployed applications.
Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of Python, Django and FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, machine learning, deep learning and computer vision.
- Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow, alongside YOLO, OpenCV, NumPy and Pandas.
- Experience running and integrating local models using Ollama.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Git, Linux, REST APIs and SQL databases, such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Understanding of API authentication, testing, debugging and deployment.
- Ability to coordinate a team and communicate technical progress clearly to the CEO.
Additional Skills Preferred
- RAG pipelines, embeddings and vector databases.
- GPU-based inference, model optimisation and deployment monitoring.
- CI/CD, cloud or on-premises deployments, and background task processing.
JavaScript is not required. This role focuses on Python backend development and AI systems.
