Position: Senior Software Engineer – Frontend

Position Description

The Senior Software Engineer – Frontend will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, scalable, and responsive user interfaces for web applications. This role involves collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences while ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional interfaces.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the frontend stack.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and frameworks.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to solution design and implementation decisions.
• Review and validate technical deliverables to ensure compliance with quality and security standards.
• Share technical knowledge, provide peer support, and contribute to team learning initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous enhancement of engineering practices.

Participate in technical design discussions and recommend appropriate technical solutions.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

Provide technical guidance and knowledge-sharing support to team members.

Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, code quality, and engineering standards.

Experience & Skills Required

• Experience: 4–8 years in frontend development with strong expertise in modern frameworks.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, and build tools.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization and accessibility standards.

Qualifications
