Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Jr. Manual QA Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing web, mobile, and desktop applications to ensure high-quality software delivery. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a good understanding of QA processes, and experience in manual testing methodologies.
Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications.
Create clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
Identify, document, and track bugs/issues effectively.
Work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to resolve defects.
Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
Validate application functionality against business requirements.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint discussions.
Ensure software quality and smooth user experience before production release.
Strong experience in Manual Testing.
Good understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in writing test cases, test plans, and bug reports.
Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or similar tools.
Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman.
Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
Exposure to cross-browser and mobile testing.
