Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce (SFDC) Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Sales Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex. The candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations.

• Develop and maintain solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.

• Configure and customize Sales Cloud to meet business requirements.

• Build custom objects, workflows, validation rules, triggers, Visualforce pages, and integrations as needed.

• Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.

• Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of overall IT experience.

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Strong expertise in:

  • Salesforce (SFDC)

  • Sales Cloud

  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  • Apex

• Experience with Salesforce customization, configuration, and deployment.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits.

• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations is an advantage.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or Sales Cloud Consultant) are preferred.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Knowledge of CI/CD and Salesforce deployment tools is a plus.
