Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Farm & Business to lead end-to-end farm operations, business strategy, profitability, and overall farm management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in agribusiness, crop production, team management, P&L ownership, sustainability initiatives, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall farm operations, business planning, and day-to-day farm management.

• Drive farm profitability through effective cost control and resource optimization.

• Develop and execute crop production plans to maximize yield and quality.

• Manage irrigation, water conservation, and sustainable farming practices.

• Oversee harvesting, post-harvest activities, and processing operations.

• Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations, safety standards, and quality practices.

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, buyers, distributors, and other stakeholders.

• Monitor farm performance, production targets, and operational KPIs.

• Lead, mentor, and manage farm teams to achieve business objectives.

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and operational plans for senior management.
