Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Farm & Business to lead end-to-end farm operations, business strategy, profitability, and overall farm management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in agribusiness, crop production, team management, P&L ownership, sustainability initiatives, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall farm operations, business planning, and day-to-day farm management.
Drive farm profitability through effective cost control and resource optimization.
Develop and execute crop production plans to maximize yield and quality.
Manage irrigation, water conservation, and sustainable farming practices.
Oversee harvesting, post-harvest activities, and processing operations.
Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations, safety standards, and quality practices.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, buyers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor farm performance, production targets, and operational KPIs.
Lead, mentor, and manage farm teams to achieve business objectives.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and operational plans for senior management.
