Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving successful implementation and optimization of D365 applications in a cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure Dynamics 365 solutions align with strategic objectives.
Act as a liaison between business users and developers for Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, or Field Services.
Design and support integration strategies between Dynamics 365 and other systems using Azure services (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus).
Create and maintain process documentation, use cases, user stories, data flow diagrams, and training materials.
Assist in UAT planning and execution, ensuring business needs are met and functionalities are properly tested.
Monitor and evaluate system performance, proposing enhancements to improve functionality and usability.
Stay current with platform updates and new features in both Dynamics 365 and Azure.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM or ERP modules).
Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure services including Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, and cloud integration patterns.
Experience with process modeling tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
