Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer (3–6 Years Experience)
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer with 3–6 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining analytics solutions on the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics, data integration, dashboard development, and business intelligence reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop interactive dashboards, datasets, lenses, and reports using Salesforce CRM Analytics.
Build and optimize dataflows, recipes, and ETL processes for data transformation and integration.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
Integrate data from Salesforce and external systems to create unified analytical views.
Ensure data quality, governance, performance optimization, and security best practices.
Provide insights and recommendations through data visualization and trend analysis.
Support deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements of analytics solutions.
Required Skills
3–6 years of experience in Salesforce development and analytics.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics / Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics.
Knowledge of SOQL, SAQL, Apex, and Salesforce data models.
Experience with Dataflows, Recipes, Dashboards, and Lens creation.
Familiarity with SQL, ETL concepts, and data visualization best practices.
Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce CRM Analytics Consultant or related Salesforce certifications.
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools is an added advantage.
Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
