Job Description: Full Stack Developer (Angular Focus)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience, having strong expertise in front-end development using Angular and modern JavaScript frameworks, along with working knowledge of backend technologies.

The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in building scalable, performant, and secure web applications, translating designs and business requirements into high-quality code, and ensuring excellent UI performance and maintainability.

This role requires someone who has deep expertise in UI engineering, while also being capable of working with APIs, microservices, and backend integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development (Primary Focus)

· Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications using Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

· Convert UI/UX designs into clean, semantic HTML and responsive/non-responsive layouts.

· Build pixel-perfect user interfaces ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

· Implement component-based architecture and reusable UI libraries.

· Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

· Ensure adherence to best practices for accessibility, usability, and UI standards.

· Write unit tests and integration tests for frontend components.

Backend & API Development (Secondary Focus)

· Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js.

· Implement backend logic for data processing, authentication, and integrations.

· Optimize APIs for performance, scalability, and reliability.

· Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.

· Participate in API design, documentation, and integration with frontend services.

Code Quality, Performance & Security

· Ensure high code quality through linting, testing, and code reviews.

· Implement secure coding practices and vulnerability mitigation.

· Optimize website performance, loading speed, and memory usage.

· Follow best practices in application security, authentication, and data protection.

· Conduct code optimization and performance tuning across frontend and backend layers.

Collaboration & Problem Solving

· Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams.

· Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

· Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision making.

· Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving engineering practices.

AI Tools & Developer Productivity

· Use AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

· Leverage tools such as:

o GitHub Copilot

o AI-assisted coding tools and IDE plugins

· Utilize version control platforms such as:
