About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Software Development Trainees who want to build a strong foundation in programming and software engineering. This opportunity is designed for students and fresh graduates who want to gain practical exposure to application development, problem-solving, and industry-relevant technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply programming concepts using Java or Python.
- Develop basic applications and software modules under guidance.
- Understand object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Work with databases and write basic SQL queries.
- Learn Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
- Debug code, identify errors, and implement solutions.
- Participate in assignments, code reviews, and practical projects.
- Document project work and present completed assignments.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of programming fundamentals in Java or Python.
- Knowledge of variables, loops, functions, and conditional statements.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work on practical assignments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates currently pursuing the 3rd year or 4th year of B.Tech / B.E.
- Recent graduates with 0 years of professional experience.
- Preferred courses: Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, BCA, MCA, and B.Sc. Computer Science.
- Academic projects or basic programming knowledge are advantageous.
- No prior full-time work experience is required.
