KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Application Development & Support
o Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using HCL Domino, Lotus Script, Formula Language, XPages, and related technologies.
o Develop scalable workflows, forms, views, agents, and business logic to support operational and healthcare business processes.
o Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
Collaboration & Agile Practices
o Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
o Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
o Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Code Quality & Best Practices
o Follow established development standards, coding practices, and security guidelines.
o Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
o Ensure all solutions are maintainable, reusable, and adhere to organizational best practices.
Application Modernization & Integration
o Support application modernization initiatives involving HCL Domino platform upgrades and application remediation.
o Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems, databases, external APIs, and cloud-based services where required.
o Contribute to migration and transformation projects involving Domino and other business platforms.
Security & Compliance
o Implement and maintain application security using Domino ACLs, roles, and access controls.
o Ensure applications comply with healthcare information governance, data protection, and security standards.
o Support audit and compliance requirements through appropriate logging, monitoring, and access management.
Testing & Quality Assurance
o Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing activities.
o Ensure application functionality, security, and performance meet business and technical requirements.
o Investigate and resolve defects in a timely manner.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
o Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for applications, integrations, and processes.
o Support knowledge transfer activities and contribute to team capability development.
o Assist in onboarding new team members through documentation, mentoring, and collaboration.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· 10+ years of HCL Domino / Lotus Notes development experience.
· Strong expertise in LotusScript, Formula Language, Domino Designer, and XPages.
· Experience with HCL Domino 11, 12, or 14 platforms.
· Experience in Domino administration, security, replication, and ACL management.
· Experience integrating Domino applications with external systems and APIs.
· Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
· Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
