Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Programmer with strong expertise in developing, customizing, integrating, and maintaining enterprise business applications and ERP systems.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing software solutions for core business processes such as Inventory Management, Production, Accounting, Payroll, Supply Chain, Sales, and Warehouse Management.

Candidates should possess strong programming and database development skills, along with an understanding of business workflows and enterprise application architecture. Experience working with Indian clients and industry-specific business applications is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise applications and ERP-based business solutions.
• Develop business applications for industries such as Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Jewellery, Automotive, and Pharmaceuticals.
• Build and customize ERP modules to support specific industry processes and business requirements.
• Develop and optimize databases, front-end interfaces, and business logic.
• Create SSRS reports, customized modules, and system integrations.
• Develop data migration tools, including data mapping and staging tables, for integrating legacy systems with cloud-based ERP platforms.
• Work on end-to-end application development, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Automate business workflows to minimize repetitive manual processes.
• Identify and resolve application bottlenecks and performance-related issues.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
• Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–12 years of relevant experience in software development, business applications, or ERP development.
• Strong hands-on experience in full-stack application development.
• Proficiency in any relevant programming platform, preferably:
• Microsoft .NET / C#
• LINQ
• JavaScript
• Angular
• Java or other enterprise programming technologies.
• Strong database development, querying, manipulation, and optimization skills.
• Experience in designing both database architecture and front-end applications.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise business applications.
• Understanding of business processes such as:
• Order to Cash (O2C)
• Procure to Pay (P2P)
• Inventory Management
• Supply Chain Management
• Production Management
• Accounting and Taxation
• Sales and Order Management
• Warehouse Management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience developing software applications for core business and industry-specific processes.
• Candidates from manufacturing companies, in-house IT teams, ERP solution providers, or business application development companies.
• Experience working with Indian clients and understanding their business processes.
• Ability to work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Willingness to travel across India for client engagements.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Important Considerations

• Candidates with experience limited to only front-end development, database development, or API integration will not be suitable.
• Pure website developers are not preferred.
• Candidates should have practical experience in developing business applications rather than working exclusively on a single technology environment.
• Experience with Indian clients is mandatory.
• Candidates should be comfortable with client-facing consulting assignments and domestic travel.
