About the Role
We are looking for bright, passionate, technically strong, and highly motivated Full Stack Software Engineer Trainees who are enthusiastic about software development and emerging AI coding technologies.
The ideal candidate should have sound programming fundamentals and working knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Angular or React, and relational databases, along with an interest in using AI-powered coding assistants and autonomous agents.
We are particularly interested in candidates who embrace Vibe Coding, AI-assisted development, and Agentic Software Engineering, while understanding the importance of code quality, security, maintainability, and software engineering fundamentals.
Our goal is to develop engineers who can think independently, leverage AI intelligently, and build high-quality software faster.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot, Angular/React, and relational databases.
- Use AI coding assistants and agents to accelerate development, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Translate functional requirements into working application features using AI-assisted development workflows.
- Develop REST APIs, reusable UI components, and database-driven applications.
- Work on frontend, backend, database integration, and testing under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Review, validate, debug, and improve AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability.
- Write clean, structured, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and technical discussions.
- Continuously learn emerging AI coding tools, frameworks, and development practices.
Required Technical Skills
Backend Development
- Good knowledge of Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and core programming concepts.
- Basic understanding of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA/Hibernate.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and backend application development.
Frontend Development
- Working knowledge of Angular or React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Understanding of component-based web development.
- Basic knowledge of API integration and responsive UI development.
Database Development
- Good understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server.
- Knowledge of database tables, relationships, joins, and basic query writing.
AI-Assisted Development / Vibe Coding
- Familiarity with or hands-on exposure to AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, or OpenAI Codex.
- Ability to use natural-language prompts to generate, understand, and modify application code.
- Interest in AI-assisted debugging, automated testing, refactoring, and documentation.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code rather than relying on it blindly.
- Enthusiasm for learning agentic coding workflows and AI-assisted development best practices.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Git, GitHub, CI/CD, Docker, or cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Exposure to testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or Playwright.
- Familiarity with microservices, application security, and authentication concepts.
- Basic exposure to AI/LLM APIs, RAG, MCP, or Agentic AI frameworks.
- Academic projects, internships, or personal projects involving full-stack development.
- Experience using AI coding assistants to build working applications.
Mandatory Academic Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Distinction (75% or above) in 10th, 12th, and Graduation is mandatory.
- Strong analytical abilities, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience, including fresh graduates, are eligible.
