Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in React, TypeScript, backend development, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing projects end to end, communicating effectively with business stakeholders, and delivering solutions with minimal supervision.
Important Requirements:
- Candidates must be available on the vendor's own bench.
- EPFO/UAN is not required.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery sessions and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Own end-to-end delivery, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and handover.
- Build full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and backend technologies such as .NET, Node.js, or Python.
- Develop and deploy Power Apps Code Apps integrated with Dataverse, Power Platform connectors, custom APIs, and AI agents.
- Design and develop Power Automate flows, Dataverse data models, and custom connectors.
- Build AI agents and MCP servers to securely integrate business applications and data.
- Use AI coding tools to improve development, testing, and documentation efficiency.
- Follow ALM and DevOps practices using Git, CI/CD, Power Platform solutions, and PAC CLI.
- Conduct demonstrations and provide project updates to business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript.
- Experience with at least one backend technology: C#/.NET, Node.js, or Python.
- Good knowledge of REST API development and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps Code Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience developing AI agents or LLM-powered features integrated with business applications.
- Practical knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), including building or integrating MCP servers.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools for coding and testing.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently from requirements gathering through production deployment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
