Job Description

Deliver hands-on configuration and deployment of secrets management platform components, including authentication backends, secrets engines, policies, and namespaces.

• Onboard application workloads to the secrets management platform, providing technical guidance to development teams on integration patterns and best practices.

• Implement and validate credential rotation workflows for service accounts, database credentials, API keys, and certificates.

• Triage and resolve technical issues arising during implementation, working with platform, cloud, and application teams as required.

• Develop and maintain onboarding documentation, integration guides, and FAQ resources for consuming teams.

• Conduct technical workshops and knowledge transfer sessions with engineering teams unfamiliar with NHI security practices.

• Validate implementations against security standards, reviewing policy configurations and access controls for compliance.

• Support testing activities including integration testing, chaos testing for rotation workflows, and audit log validation.

• Contribute to runbooks and operational procedures for the ongoing management of the NHI platform.

• Escalate architectural questions or deviations from standards to the Implementation Architect.
