Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Architect, who can work closely with SAP and analytics teams to design and build scalable data solutions. The role involves working closely with SAP, analytics, AI/ML, and engineering teams to design scalable graph-based data solutions, AI-enabled knowledge intelligence platforms, and enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities
路 Create and optimize data schemas tailored for machine learning and analytics use cases
路 Design and implement data pipelines involving:
路 Data ingestion (batch and streaming)
路 ETL processes
路 Workflow orchestration on AWS
路 Build, deploy, and maintain REST APIs for data access and integration
路 Define architecture patterns for AI/LLM-enabled search, retrieval, and analytics capabilities.
路 Integrate solutions with Microsoft Teams for notifications, workflows, or insights sharing
路 Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to support security, access, and analytics use cases
路 Ensure data quality, performance, and scalability across platforms
路 Define scalable and secure cloud-native architecture using AWS services and DevOps best practices.
路 Support AI response stabilization approaches including controlled retrieval, indexing strategies, contextual filtering, and workflow orchestration.
路 Design, develop, and manage graph data models, with a strong focus on Neo4j.
Required Skills & Experience
路 Strong understanding of data modeling and schema design for ML-driven applications
路 Experience designing and operating data pipelines using AWS services (e.g., ingestion, ETL, orchestration)
路 Good exposure to AWS Bedrock, AWS SageMaker, Bedrock Agents, MCP, LangChain/LangGraph, Python, FastAPI, FAISS, RAG Architecture.
路 Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.
路 Experience with AI/LLM ecosystems, semantic search, vector databases, embeddings, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
路 Hands-on experience with graph databases, preferably Neo4j
路 Experience in API development and deployment
路 Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams integrations
路 Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts clearly
Nice to Have
路 Exposure to security analytics or access-control-related analytics
路 Basic knowledge of SAP Security / SoD concepts
路 Prior experience working in SAP-driven enterprise environments
路 Exposure to DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), Docker, or Kubernetes.
