Role: Sr Java Big Data Engineer Location: Noida Exp: 6+

Roles and Responsibilities

• Good understanding of the Apache Hadoop open-source eco-systems, tools & application areas.
• Experience in Java/Spring/rest api/database (Sql) is must.
• Should be working on java for last 3 years at least.(must have good understanding of multithreading concepts, data structures and algorithms, maven).
• Docker/K8s/GCP will be a big plus point.
• Cassandra/Kafka/maven - Nice to have.
• Experience with integration and / or batch frameworks
• Experience with NoSQL (Cassandra/MongoDB)
• Working knowledge of Storm, Kafka, Spark
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
• Hands-on experience in development and deploying software in Public (AWS) and/or Private cloud environment
• Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix environment and scripting languages: Shell, Perl, Python
• Strong experience in implementing continuous integration using Maven, Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.
• Strong experience in GIT and parallel development , branching strategies and methodologies
• Basic understanding of distributed systems and brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, Zookeeper, etc.
• Strong communications, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to adapt to time critical deadlines and changing priorities in a fast pace environment.
