Senior HR Executive

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage and execute core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll support, employee relations, HR operations, and statutory compliance.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently handle day-to-day HR activities while supporting business growth.
· Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
· Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring requirements, staffing needs, and skill gaps.
· Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.
· Manage employee onboarding, training, development, and learning initiatives.
· Coordinate performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
· Handle employee grievances, conflicts, disciplinary actions, and employee relations matters.
· Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.
· Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
· Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
· Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
· Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, leave, and related HR processes.
· Conduct exit interviews and provide relevant feedback to management.
· Coordinate promotions, transfers, and employee separation processes.
· Prepare and analyze HR reports including recruitment metrics, employee turnover, attendance, engagement, and retention.
· Support HR initiatives focused on employee satisfaction, retention, and performance improvement.
· Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
· Work closely with management and internal teams to resolve HR-related issues and support business objectives.
· 5+ years of experience in Human Resources / HR Operations.
· Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
· Good knowledge of HR policies, processes, labour laws, and compliance.
· Experience in employee engagement and employee relations.
· Hands-on experience with performance management and appraisal processes.
· Knowledge of payroll processing and benefits administration.
· Strong employee grievance handling and conflict resolution skills.
· Experience maintaining HR records and HR databases.
· Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
· Experience working with HR management software / HRMS.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational, negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR activities simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience supporting learning and development initiatives.
· Experience in HR reporting and HR analytics.
· Exposure to CRM or business management software.
· Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience in a growing organization or expansion environment.
