Role Overview
We are looking for a Principal AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AI/ML, LLMs, NLP, and Voice AI. The ideal candidate should have delivered production-grade AI and voicebot solutions and be capable of driving technical architecture, scalable AI systems, and engineering best practices.
Core Skills — Non-Negotiable
AI/ML/LLM: LLMs, NLP, RAG, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning and evaluation
AI Solutions: Hands-on experience delivering summarization, sentiment/emotion detection, intent classification, and agent-assist applications
Voice AI: Voicebot development, conversational AI platforms, STT, TTS, and real-time voice processing
Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with 2–3+ of LangChain, HuggingFace, Whisper, GPT integrations, Rasa, and Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or FAISS
Programming: Strong Python, FastAPI (must-have), REST API and inference API development
Data Engineering: AI/ML pipelines, ETL/ELT, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ
Deployment & Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes (K8s/K3s), CI/CD, and high-concurrency scalable systems
Leadership & Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable AI/ML and Voice AI solutions
Drive architecture and technical decisions for AI-powered products
Guide junior ML/data engineers and establish coding and data engineering standards
Contribute to AI strategy, architecture, and infrastructure roadmap
Build and optimize production-grade LLM, RAG, and conversational AI systems
Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability of AI services
Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
Good to Have
Multilingual AI experience — Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Telugu, etc.
Rasa, Coqui TTS, or OpenAI Voice APIs
SaaS, Contact Center, Dialer, or CRM ecosystem experience
Speech emotion recognition
Agent coaching / agent-assist systems
