Implementation Lead Responsibilities

Lead implementation teams by providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Engage with clients to gather and clarify business requirements and develop efficient, scalable solutions. Identify opportunities to develop new services and features aligned with client needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, Support), maintain daily communication with onshore and offshore teams, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Partner with Product Management to capture customer requirements and validate future feature designs. Educate clients on product capabilities and best practices during onboarding and throughout the customer lifecycle. Contribute to designing and maintaining internal processes, documentation, and content publication workflows. Stay updated with industry trends, product updates, and emerging technologies. Requirements

6+ years of total experience, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience implementing projects in Field Services (FSM) and/or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), with technical expertise in Java/J2EE. Strong experience across all lifecycle stages of project execution, including implementation and support phases in FSM and/or EAM domains. Proven experience delivering solutions for field service management, work management, asset management, inventory management, and procurement management. Background in the Utilities industry with a solid understanding of utility-specific business processes. Past experience with EAM products like IBM Maximo, Oracle Work & Asset Management (WAM), Oracle WACS, and FSM products such as ClickSoftware, ServiceNow FSM, Salesforce SFS, IFS, or KloudGin. Experience configuring custom objects, layouts, reports, dashboards, and workflow rules. Familiarity with software development standards and processes, including version control, peer reviews, and code progression. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Nice to have: Experience integrating with third-party systems and strong data modeling knowledge. Exceptional presentation, oral, written, listening, and conflict resolution skills. Bachelor's degree (B.Tech, B.E.) in Computer Science or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
