Position Title, Responsibility Level: Sr. AVP/VP Function: Digital Reports to: VP - Digital Permanent/ Temporary: Permanent Span of Control: Sr. Manager, AVP, Sr. AVP Location: Noida, India EXL Business Transformation Operations Transformation leads the charter for driving transformation for client business operations by leveraging data and AI to meaningfully impact business and customer outcomes. In this role, you will lead the strategy, roadmap and execution of embedding data and AI led solutions for E&I business operations by working with clients, internal stakeholders and EXL Digital Team
Core Function
- 15+ years of experience across digital transformation, automation, corporate strategy, business development, delivery & partnership Management
- Expertise across Energy & Infra and Contact Centre Operations
- Proven track record of delivering large scale digital transformation programs covering Gen AI/ ML, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflows, Customer experience (Cx) layer, Low Code / No Code solutions etc.
- End to End lifecycle management from POC to implementation to maintenance & support
- Proven capability of complex program management, leading & influencing multiple cross functional teams to deliver top quality top line and bottom line performance for the company
- Lead AI-driven opportunity identification and solution design in collaboration with client partners, business leaders, SMEs, and digital/AI specialists.
- Prepare feasibility documents/ studies, recommend and establish program objectives, priorities and schedules in conjunction with user and functional requirements.
- Interface with Product team, Business stakeholders and Senior Management throughout the project for smooth delivery
- Able to manage budgets, technical estimation in respect of the project delivery life cycle.
- Ensure adherence to timelines and budget leading to successful completion of the projects.
- Shift timings can be flexible according to the project.
- Excellent communication skills.
Essential Functions 13. Own strategy and roadmap for data and AI led transformation of business operations 14. Act as a single point of contact for internal / external inquiries 15. Demonstrate strong analytical problem-solving skills combined with excellent interpersonal and relationship building abilities 16. Develop client focused pitches and collaborate with client partners on showcase content, leadership white papers and collaterals 17. Maintain governance and provide reporting to business units, leadership, and clients. 18. Stay Updated on emerging technologies and operating practices for potential application in client operations 19. Support transformation solutions and roadmaps for new deals / pursuits

Skills
Technical Skills • Project Management, Agile Scrum Master certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of prevalent application platforms/technologies (BPM, Domain specific Business Platforms)
• Good understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, and UiPath, along with AI/ML technologies.
• Experience with Process Diagnostics and Solutions development
• Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt certification (preferred)
Soft Skills (Minimum) • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic focus and solid business acumen.
• Ability to coach and give feedback on an ongoing basis.
• Ability to resolve conflicts constructively and lead in a continually challenging environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation capabilities.

Education Requirements • Post Graduate, preferably MBA with specialization in AI/ML. • Graduate, BTech (Bachelor of Engineering) is preferred • Professional Certification in Project Management, RPA (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UI Path), Cloud AWS/ GCP
Work Experience and Additional Requirements
• 15+ years of overall experience including 10+ years of project management experience with demonstrated success and financial results
• Proven ability to manage delivery from end to end
• Experience in Energy & Infra domain will be given strong preference
• Willing to work in 24X7 environment
• Ability to travel as required domestically and / or internationally
