Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our TCOE team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, with a focus on Selenium, API testing, and performance testing. This role requires excellent ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium.
Perform Automated API testing to ensure the reliability and performance of web Applications.
Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
Set up automation frameworks from scratch.
Integrate automation code/tools to CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, Python, or Java.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong understanding of functional and performance testing.
Proficiency of performance testing tools and methodologies using LoadRunner/JMeter.
Knowledge of integrating automation code/tools to CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, Python, or Java.
Strong knowledge of Agile test methodology.
Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, DevOps, etc.
Excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Automation tools like Selenium, Test Robot Automation.
Experience with database testing, preferably SQL.
Knowledge of data migration testing.
Understanding ETL processes and testing.
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB)
GenAI, LLM Model testing experience.
Test Data creation exposure using code Harbour, synthetic data generator or any other tool.
Strategize and estimate new automation requirements/projects.
Preferred domain experience in Insurance & Healthcare.
Scheduling and Parallel execution Setup.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality automation testing solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to multitask and flexibility with timing.
